Welcome, friend. Welcome to a place where it’s perfectly acceptable to be, well, socially unacceptable.

Let’s be real, the world is a bit of a whirlwind right now. But if you’ve stumbled upon this little corner of the internet, trust me, you’re in the right place.
This is where we celebrate our quirks, our differences, and the beautiful chaos that is neurodivergence and navigating dynamic disabilities.
Hi, I’m Angela.
And honestly, this blog? It’s just me. All of me. The good, the messy, the wonderfully weird. I’m hoping that as I share my ramblings, you’ll find pieces of yourself reflected back. Because here’s the thing: even though our journeys are unique, they’re deeply interconnected.
I’m not here to tell you what you “should” be doing. As a neurodivergent, those kinds of pronouncements just make me want to do the exact opposite. I’m the type who makes a “you should” list, then creates a column of “why I don’t want to do it” just to trick myself into getting things done.

I’m an introvert in a world that often feels like one giant, overwhelming group chat. The constant online chatter, the “in your face” energy? It makes me want to curl up in a quiet corner.
My ideal scenario? A cozy book nook in a coffee shop, surrounded by indoor plants, where I can exchange knowing nods with fellow bookworms. But leaving the house? Well, let’s just say it’s a whole thing.
So, here I am, writing a blog. It took me fifteen years to finally start one, because someone told me to. But finally, the “should” wore off, and here we are.
Who am I? I’m a writer. I’m a witch. I’m a single mother. I’m someone who’s spent two decades navigating the labyrinth of chronic pain: Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fibromyalgia, Autism/ADHD (awaiting diagnosis), C-PTSD, and PMDD. I’m a survivor of grief, DV, and SA. And I’m a passionate advocate for medicinal cannabis (gardening mums, unite!).
Most importantly, I’m someone who understands, deeply, the need to feel seen, heard, and understood.

This space is a place where being socially unacceptable is acceptable.
A haven for neurodivergent adults and those navigating the ebb and flow of dynamic disabilities. It’s a place where we can be ourselves, unfiltered and unapologetically.
